Line a baking tray with baking paper or oil a muffin pan. Set aside.
Crush the shredded wheat into strands with your fingers.
Melt the chocolate and the hazelnut spread in the microwave until smooth. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
Mix the shredded wheat into the chocolate mixture until all the wheat is coated. Don’t worry if some pieces aren’t fully coated, it gives the nests character.
Using your fingers or spoons, shape a large spoonful of mixture into a nest shape on your prepared tray, or press gently press the mixture into the muffin pan holes. Continue with the rest of the mixture.
