Connoisseur Gourmet Ice Cream is made in Australia at our factory in Mulgrave, Victoria. As a proudly Australian operated business, we source our ingredients from Australian producers and manufacturers wherever practical.
We can confirm that all our products are pasteurised. However Peters Ice Cream is not able to provide advice on the suitability of a product beyond what is stated on our product packaging. As such, we recommend you seek the advice of a suitably qualified dietician, as they would be the most appropriate source of advice concerning your health.

The wooden sticks are recyclable. They are also compostable, however will take a long time to break down. The tubs used for our CONNOISSEUR 1L range are recyclable and may be placed in kerb-side recycling bins.
