Combine 1 Connoisseur Strawberries & Cream stick (paddle stick removed), half and half, tequila, ice and lemon juice in a blender, blending well until smooth.
Tip: If you your supermarket does not sell half and half, use a 1/4 cup of light cream and 1/4 of full cream milk instead.
Line your cocktail glass with strawberry syrup and pour in cocktail.
Garnish with second Connoisseur Strawberries & Cream Ice Cream stick and fresh strawberries.
