In a small pot, heat the milk until steaming, whisking occasionally. Add the chopped white chocolate (you can add more more for a sweeter and thicker drink) and whisk until melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a separate small bowl, add the matcha and hot water. Whisk until frothy. Add the matcha mixture to the milk mixture
Tip: for a stronger flavour add more matcha powder.
Return the mixture to the heat and heat until hot. Do not boil. Serve immediately with mini marshmallows and a generous scoop of Connoisseur Matcha Green Tea with White Choc ice cream.
