Combine all ingredients (except coconut flakes and 1 x Connoisseur Mango & Coconut Ice Cream stick) in a blender and blend until nice and smooth.
Pour mixture into a cocktail glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with Connoisseur Mango & Coconut Ice Cream stick and coconut flakes.
