1 Connoisseur Blood Orange & Chocolate Ice Cream stick for garnish

150ml freshly brewed coffee

30ml citrus gin (or any other gin with strong citrus notes)

30ml Mellifera liqueur (or any other spiced honey & citrus liqueur)

30ml dark chocolate liqueur

1 dash grapefruit and hops bitter

Method

Step One

Combine gin, both liqueurs, bitter and 50ml of the freshly brewed coffee in a cocktail shaker.

Step Two

Shake vigorously and pour into a cocktail glass.

Step Three

Top with rest of the coffee and garnish with the Connoisseur Blood Orange & Chocolate Ice Cream stick.
